|
목적: 본 연구의 목적은 백화점의 서비스 및 판매업에 종사하는 흡연 여성 근로자들의 흡연관련 특성, 금연자기효능감, 금연준비도와의 관계를 파악하고, 금연성공률을 높일 수 있는 효과적인 금연프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다.
연구방법: 본 연구는 G금연지원센터에서 수행한 흡연 여성근로자 등록을 위한 설문조사의 원시자료를 분석한 이차분석(secondary analysis) 연구이다. G도에 소재한 대형 백화점에서 서비스 및 판매업에 종사하는 만 19세 이상의 흡연 여성 근로자들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS 20.0프로그램을 사용하여 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, pearson correlation coefficients를 분석하였다.
결과: 연구대상자의 금연자기효능감은 5.1(±2.62)점, 금연준비도는 4.0(±2.89)점 이였으며, 금연자기효능감과 금연준비도는 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.54, p<.001). 따라서 백화점의 서비스 및 판매업무에 종사하는 흡연 여성 근로자들의 효과적인 금연을 위해서는 금연자기효능감과 금연준비도를 향상시키기 위한 여성 근로자 맞춤형 금연프로그램 개발이 필요하며, 사회적 특성상 여성은 자신의 흡연을 공개하기 꺼려하는 경우가 많을 것으로 예상되므로, 비공개 온라인 프로그램을 통한 방식이 효과적일 것으로 예상된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this cross-sectional study was to describe smoking characteristics, and then to examine relationships between self-efficacy for smoking cessation and preparation of smoking cessation in service and sales woman employee with smoking in department stores.
Methods: This study was a secondary data analysis carried by the smoking cessation support center. One hundred six employees smoking women participated from two department stores. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA along with Scheffe? test, pearson correlation coefficients were used for statistics.
Results: The study results have shown that the mean score of self-efficacy for smoking cessation 5.1±2.62, preparation smoking cessation 4.0±2.89. There was positive relation between self-efficacy for smoking cessation and preparation smoking cessation.
Conclusion: Considering the findings from this study, there is a need to develop self-efficacy for smoking cessation program for effective smoking cessation in service and sales woman smokers employee.
